The Allegany Senior Foundation, a volunteer organization, is responsive and efficient in meeting identified needs. The goal of the Foundation is to identify the unique needs of seniors living here, tap the resources of the population to meet those needs creatively, and to efficiently coordinate non-governmental efforts to enhance the lives of seniors.

"Our mission is to identify gaps in services, to find the programs to fill those gaps, and fund those programs. Our goal is to find creative solutions for senior services. We want to be sure that Allegany County remains a wonderful place to grow up and grow old."
